Lost Packages
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at contact@luniajewelry.com.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. However, we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To qualify for a refund or replacement, you must provide:
